For this ‘ Time Capsule ‘ project, I choose Olympic as a big issue of this year
and even also can be a huge event in past, and future. Since Olympic games
started in Athena, every 4 years Olympic game held in picked city all over the
world. When one country picked as a host country, they start to build stadium
and design emblem, medal, mascot, torch and prepare opening and closing ceremony.
I thought these designed things are good way to show how was Olympics how it
changed. I planned to design site with four recent Olympic games. There are a
lot of Olympic games but I choose Olympic games between 2012 to 2018 because
its more relevant with main Olympic game held in 2018.

Through research I inspired by ‘ KissKiss ‘ which is web site of Asian restaurant
and web site of ‘Erik Bernacchi’. Both of sites are not close to modern design
but looks retro and 90’s mood and also have enjoyable elements. I made seven
different pages, one is main page, each Olympic game for rest of four pages,
one for countdown and final one for workbook page. I applied hypertext to every
page to link each other, Olympic official page and video from youtube except for
countdown page. In main, I put funny activatable elements which can movable stickers.
